Online registration

Online registration is recommended. You will be transferred to our secure server to enter your registration details and make payment using a VISA or Mastercard credit card.

Confirmation of your registration and a reciept/tax invoice will be emailed to you soon after.

Manual registration

Delegates who are unable to register online may print a manual registration form and post or fax it to the conference secretariat.

Payment is by cheque, credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or by direct credit into the conference bank account (details on registration form).

Confirmation of your registration and a reciept/tax invoice will be emailed to you once your payment has been processed.

Conditions of registration

Payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. On-line payment is by credit card - VISA or Mastercard only. Faxed or mailed payment can be made by cheque, credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) or direct credit as below:

Please note: Faxed manual registration forms are acceptable only if payment has been made by direct credit or is by credit card. Please post manual registration forms with accompanying cheque or credit card details. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Confirmation of bookings and changes

Registration forms and fees will be acknowledged by email response. The cut-off date for registrations and any changes is close of business on .

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $150. After this date, no refunds will apply. However, substitute delegates will be welcome, provided written notice is given prior to the conference. Cancellation penalties will apply once the registration form is submitted, regardless of whether payment has been forthcoming.
